Rules and policies
Court reservations cost money and require planning. These guidelines protect the group and create a respectful playing environment.
| Registration | Sign up through the event listing. RSVP early because court reservations depend on participation. |
|---|---|
| Payment | Pay as instructed when signing up to secure your spot. The current session fee is shown in each event listing. |
| Arrival | Arrive about 10–15 minutes early so play can begin on time. |
| Cancellation | Give at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Court commitments may prevent refunds for late cancellations. |
| No-shows | No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may lose payment, be placed on a waitlist, or have future participation limited. |
| Weather | Outdoor play may be canceled or adjusted for rain, excessive heat, unsafe courts, or other conditions. Credits depend on facility policy. |
| Court flow | Play remains flexible. Members may mix with different people or naturally group by pace, depending on attendance and court availability. |
| Sportsmanship | Be respectful, make fair calls, communicate clearly, encourage others, and avoid bullying or aggressive conduct. |
Be kind and positive with teammates and opponents.
Call balls clearly and discuss positioning calmly.
Give opponents the benefit of doubt when a call is uncertain.
Be open to mixing with others while allowing natural groupings by pace when space permits.
Competition is welcome, but community and safety come first.
