Court reservations cost money and require planning. These guidelines protect the group and create a respectful playing environment.

Quick policy guide

RegistrationSign up through the event listing. RSVP early because court reservations depend on participation.
PaymentPay as instructed when signing up to secure your spot. The current session fee is shown in each event listing.
ArrivalArrive about 10–15 minutes early so play can begin on time.
CancellationGive at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Court commitments may prevent refunds for late cancellations.
No-showsNo-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may lose payment, be placed on a waitlist, or have future participation limited.
WeatherOutdoor play may be canceled or adjusted for rain, excessive heat, unsafe courts, or other conditions. Credits depend on facility policy.
Court flowPlay remains flexible. Members may mix with different people or naturally group by pace, depending on attendance and court availability.
SportsmanshipBe respectful, make fair calls, communicate clearly, encourage others, and avoid bullying or aggressive conduct.
