Propose a member-hosted event
Members may propose their own dinner, lunch, potluck, birthday gathering, pickleball outing, bowling night, Topgolf visit, concert, or small invitation. The event will not appear automatically. It must be reviewed and approved first.
Member-hosted event: This activity is organized independently by the listed host and is not an official Paddle Pals event. The host controls invitations, capacity, arrangements, and communication with guests.

How do I reserve a spot?
Use the Paddle Pals Meetup listing. Your RSVP and any required payment secure your place.
What happens if it rains?
Check Meetup before leaving. Weather decisions, cancellations, delays, and credits are communicated in the event listing or group channels.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Members can meet others at the session and naturally group by pace when attendance and court availability allow.
Are beginners welcome?
Yes. The group aims to be friendly and supportive. Read the event description to choose a session that matches your comfort level.
How do I know if a game is canceled?
Meetup is the official source. The live weather block is for planning only and does not confirm a cancellation.
Can I suggest a new session or event?
Yes. Use the event proposal form above or contact the organizing team.
What happens after a late cancellation or no-show?
Court costs may already be committed. Late cancellations and no-shows may lose the session fee or affect future reservations. See the Rules page for current guidance.
